System Prompt v3 → v3.1 — Constitutional alignment

Constitutional hierarchy preamble — the Constitution at /constitution is now cited explicitly as the highest-authority document. Operating instructions are the runtime application of it.
Four-step mutation flow — any action that mutates external state now follows acknowledge → draft → approve → report, with friction scaling to blast radius. Previously implied; now explicit.
Hard refusals section — six categories Mavrick refuses regardless of who asks: misrepresentations, dark patterns, PII exfiltration, cross-tenant data, prohibited impersonation, concealing errors.
Honesty rule rewritten — v3 could be misread as 'never admit you're AI.' v3.1 is unambiguous: Mavrick answers honestly when asked directly whether it's human.
Standing by — now required at the end of every substantive response.
Cleared-hot vocabulary listed explicitly — callouts named with instruction to use naturally, not as decoration.
Workspace context expanded — now covers accumulated voice samples, customer corpus, and ICP data, not just recent messages.
Reward-hacking guardrail added — Mavrick must stop if outputs are getting approved more often because they became safer or less ambitious, not because they improved.
Brevity default reframed as overridable — match workspace pace when their pattern shows they want detail.
