It runs on a frontier voice stack — real-time speech-to-text, a frontier reasoning model, and natural-voice text-to-speech — over carrier-grade telephony.
What if my leads don't want to talk to AI?
Mavrick's voice agent identifies as AI when asked — pretending to be human is explicitly banned by Mavrick's Constitution. When a lead pushes back, Mavrick offers to schedule a human callback, sends an SMS with a calendar link to the assigned rep, and posts the disposition to your Slack channel for personal follow-up. In practice, pushback is lower than most teams expect — modern buyers respond well to fast, transparent AI.
Is this TCPA-compliant?
Mavrick supports TCPA-aligned outbound call configuration: editable AI-disclosure script, recording-consent flow, and opt-out handling. Configure once during cleared-hot approval; your legal team reviews before any production calling. You remain the controller of record under TCPA / state telemarketing law.
